Comprehensive HVAC and Plumbing
Comfort Air, Inc., is a local union contractor with 78 years of experience in the HVAC field, established in 1946. Our union employees go through a 5 year apprenticeship program which is regulated by the State of California. We offer a highly qualified and well staffed service department which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. We have a 1 to 2 hour response time on emergency calls.
We also have a full sheet metal shop and a plumbing department. Our HVAC installation department is made up of qualified friendly personnel that take pride in their work and treat every worksite as if it were their own property and are well trained in all makes and models in the HVAC industry.
Duct Systems
Comfort Air, Inc., fabricates all rectangular ductwork to SMACNA standards. All rectangular ductwork is fabricated to two-inch pressure class as the shop standard. Ductwork can be fabricated for corrosive or non-corrosive environments and for explosion proof systems. Round galvanized iron pipe with a ten foot piece of flexible ductwork to the diffuser is the shop standard for duct distribution systems. Comfort Air, Inc., will install duct systems if required using all flexible ductwork, stainless steel or PVC pipe and maintains a substantial inventory of galvanized sheet metal, spiral pipe, fittings and flexible duct for this purpose.
Architectural Sheet Metal
Comfort Air, Inc., will furnish and install at competitive prices Architectural sheet metal shapes and flashing, louvers and vents, curbs and custom sheet metal fabrication. Comfort Air, Inc., has a complete sheet metal shop to custom fabricate replacement sheet metal parts for existing HVAC units. Parts can be fabricated from copper, stainless steel, galvanized sheet metal, flat iron, and small steel shapes.
Plumbing
Comfort Air, Inc. is a complete plumbing shop designing and installing booster pump, sewage ejector, compressed air, gas, sewer and water piping systems. Comfort Air, Inc. is certified to install medical gas systems. We offer commercial and residential plumbing services.
